ALO SOFT is not responsible for data loss due to: User error Technical failure beyond reasonable control Cyberattack, force majeure, or third-party system failure 🔹 Service Suspension & Termination ALO SOFT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if: Any violation of these Terms occurs Illegal activity is detected Software misuse or system manipulation is found For free package users, service may be discontinued at any time without obligation. 🔹 Intellectual Property Rights All software, applications, source code, branding, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of ALO SOFT or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 🔹 SMS Service Users must maintain sufficient balance in the ALO SOFT SMS gateway before sending SMS through the software. ALO SOFT is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by telecom operators or third-party gateway issues. 🔹 Payment Policy Payments must be completed within the validity period using approved methods including: 🔸 bKash 🔸 Visa / MasterCard 🔸 DBBL Nexus 🔸 Bank Transfer 🔸 Cash / Check 🔸 PayPal (if applicable) All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 🔹 Payment Gateway Requirements To activate payment gateway services, merchants must provide valid documentation including: 🔸 Company Name 🔸 Company Address 🔸 Owner’s Name 🔸 Owner’s Present Address 🔸 NID Copy 🔸 Trade License Copy 🔸 Bank Account Details 🔸 Registered Mobile Number Incomplete or false documentation may result in service rejection. 🔹 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: ALO SOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service period. 🔹 Advertising & Communication Policy User business information (email, phone, address) remains confidential. However, ALO SOFT may use registered contact information to send: Service updates Important notices Promotional offers Users may request to opt out of promotional communications. 🔹 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangladesh.
